With over a decade of experience as a restaurateur both in Italy and Australia, Federico has now ventured to bring the delight that is authentic Italian cuisine to Kangaroo Point. Mamma Mia is his tribute to mamma Stella’s recipes that his resident Italian chefs transform into tantalising dishes – just to give you a taste of Italy. Because ultimately eating well also means living well, and don’t we all deserve to live it up here at Kangaroo Point’s best Italian restaurant.

The Mamma Mia Italian Restaurant in Brisbane is born of Federico’s fond childhood memories of mamma Stella making him steaming bowls of creamy pasta topped with fragrant herbs, juicy tomatoes, and of course his favourite guanciale.
